On Thursday 17 October, we formally recognised the Best and Fairest players for SACCSS Senior Weekly Sport, One Day Competitions and the Year 7, 9 and 10 Premier League Seasons at our annual Gala Night of Excellence. These awards have been given to a student from each SACCSS team that completed most, if not all of their games over the course of the year, demonstrating the following characteristics –
- a strong commitment to their SACCSS sport and team
- upheld the SACCSS Code of Ethics
- have been adjudged the best player in their team by their respective coaches
At the end of Term 3 and going into Term 4, our Year 8’s have been competing in the SACCSS season. At this time, we have not played enough games to decide the Best & Fairest winners, so recipients will receive the award at a future assembly.

Congratulations to our Senior Boys Volleyball A Team on being named the 2024 Thomas Carr College Team of the Year. A much-deserved award.
